"How much do you charge ?"
There is no one-size-fits-all-fee that we can charge each client. Everyone's situation is unique.
We are in a relationship business. In order for clients to return each year we need to earn their trust by charging a fair fee and by providing good value and good service.
Our ideal client is someone who plans to return to us year after year for their tax preparation needs. As a guideline, our minimum fee for a personal tax return (Federal and New York State, including electronic filing and direct deposit or payment of taxes ) is $400.
If you do have a basic return and still want us to prepare it, understand you are paying for convenience. You simply drop off your forms, we prepare the return and you sign it knowing the return is done correctly with no fuss or stress on your part.
For clients that have a more complicated tax situation, the fees will be higher.
